Supplies:

Colored cardstock paper
Train template
Black markers
Pom pom balls
Washable glitter paint
Disposable bowls
Baby wipes
Optional: binder clips

Instructions:

Before VBS: Draw a simple train outline on a sheet of card stock paper using a black marker. For a quicker option, copy this train template onto colored card stock paper.

Give each kiddo a train outline and have them write their name on the paper with a black marker.

Put one color of washable glitter paint in each disposable bowl, along with a few pom pom balls. Let kids use the pom pom balls to stamp paint inside the train outline.

***Remind them to put the pom pom back in the color of paint it came out of, so the paint colors don’t get mixed up.***

Optional: If you’re using any small pom pom balls, you can attach them to a binder clip to make them easier to use.

Use baby wipes to clean up the kids’ hands.

Let the pom pom train paintings dry before sending them home or hanging them as decor.
