Pregnancy Journal Update: 11 Weeks

Pregnancy Journal Updates - 11 Weeks - BorrowedBlessings.net

Date: 5/10/16
*1st trimester*
11 weeks

We’re at the end of 11 weeks already – WHAAAT?! This week has flown by. I celebrated my first Mother’s Day as a pregnant mama… which I only half felt like I was really deserving Mother’s Day since the baby isn’t here yet… whatever, though, we’re celebrating! I also celebrated my birthday with extended family and got to rock my favorite new mama bear tank top from Little Bit’s Love!  We have our first ultrasound later this week so I am really looking forward to getting to see our baby!  I think my bump looks bigger in photos this week than it does in real life… so if I look smaller next week don’t be surprised {I might have indulged in some pizza before the bump pic so baby is sharing belly space with some Papa John’s} – haha!

SYMPTOMS: Fatigue {still, right?!}, nausea, a little lower back pain still, a few headaches, itchy stomach {apparently my body is preparing to keep getting bigger!}
BABY IS THE SIZE OF A lime {or a golf ball in daddy measurements}!
BABY ITEMS WE PURCHASED THIS WEEK: I found the MOST ADORABLE newborn hat at Old Navy on clearance!

{FOR MOMMY} I am….
LOVING this experience – and it’s truly flying by.
FEELING excited about baby!
EATING green apple jolly ranchers, grilled cheese, lemonade, apples with peanut butter
SLEEPING lots {still}
DREAMING… ohmygoodness. I typically don’t remember all of my dreams, but I’ll remember bits and pieces when I first wake up. I think I’m probably better off not to remember them all. My brain is having some crazy parties at night!
SAVORING sleeping all night long and into the morning!

Thanks for following along on our pregnancy journey! 11 weeks down, 28 weeks to go {give or take a few weeks}.  We would love to have your prayers over the health and development of our little peanut! Check out all of our pregnancy updates and follow Borrowed Blessings at the top of the page.
